Revision Eyelid Surgery

This lovely lady had an upper eyelid blepharoplasty elsewhere and was bothered by the asymmetry. On evaluation, she is found to have hollowing above the eyes in the area called the superior sulcus (arrow), drooping of both upper eyelids (ptosis), and asymmetric eyelid crease height.

To correct the asymmetry, Dr. Abboud performed bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty revision with repositioning of the upper eyelid fat to fill in the above eye hollows, upper eyelid ptosis repair (eyelid lift), and eyelid crease re-formation.

This lovely lady underwent cosmetic lower eyelid blepharoplasty elsewhere and was unhappy with the appearance of her eyes. She had developed lower eyelid retraction with scleral show. She is six weeks after Dr. Abboud had performed revisional eyelid surgery with a lateral canthoplasty and midface lift.

This pleasant gentleman developed retraction of the right lower eyelid due to scarring from a previous blepharoplasty and a cheek implant. He was bothered by the asymmetry of the eyes, where the right eye appeared larger than the left eye.
