He has a wonderful manner that instantly puts you at ease and that also calms any fears. The before and after surgery results are nothing short of remarkable. I did not want a general plastic surgeon operating on my eyelids. I wanted an oculofacial surgeon who specializes in cosmetic eyelid and facial plastic surgery. I am glad I found Dr. Abboud! Five minutes into our consultation, I knew he was the right choice for me. Dr. Abboud performed upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, and I cannot be any happier with the results and the overall experience.

Both doctors never provided me with photos of their work (aka prior patients), along with explaining the process to me. He took his time to listen to my concerns and always maintained excellent bedside manners. He was very thorough in his exam and he explained the surgery in detail to me (what to expect, the recovery, after surgery care, etc.). The surgery (blepharoplasty) went very smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the results! He called me the night of my surgery to make sure I was okay and to answer any questions I had. He is a true artist and an exceptional surgeon!

Dr. Abboud is a very talented oculofacial plastic surgeon. I always feel comfortable going to him for my procedures. He has the smoothest hands and he is very understanding and patient. I've already done three procedures with Dr. Abboud, including two Botox injections and a removal of a cancerous mole. I've had minimal to no scarring and did not even feel the Botox injections. I'm very grateful for his amazing talent that I've referred so many of my family members and friends to him and they all love him. I look forward to coming back to his clinic!

I loved Dr. Abboud's approach, demeanor, and previous clients work. Any MD I researched after meeting with him seemed to pale in comparison. He understood immediately what my issues were and was great at explaining the procedure to me in detail and answering my questions. The day of my surgery was seamless and I never even had any pain. I made ice my best friend for about 2 weeks and had zero complaints. I have received MANY compliments in the 6 months since I had the surgery and I love how refreshed I look all the time. Dr. Abboud performed a DCR procedure on my 83 year old mother to correct her constant tearing problem. He was kind and patient with the dozens of questions we asked. He thoroughly explained the procedure and has a great bedside manner. At the surgery center, he personally came to the waiting room to update me on the success of her procedure, and called in her prescription on the spot. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Abboud and his entire staff made me feel safe, comfortable and took excellent care of me from my first consultation to my surgery day through to my final post-op appointment. I had upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and browpexy along with CO2 laser for face (including undereyes), neck and chest. I healed quickly and beautifully. Dr. Abboud’s suturing is impeccable and precise. I still look very much like myself, just a younger version. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Abboud and your fabulous staff. I cannot recommend Dr. Abboud highly enough! I have had droopy eyelids (ptosis) that made me look tired all the time. I had been to several doctors and plastic surgeons, who were either unable to help me or I did not feel comfortable with them operating on my eyes. Finally, while searching for eyelid specialists in San Diego, I came across Dr. Abboud's website. During my consultation, he came across as pleasant and confident with a great bedside manner, and I knew he would be the right surgeon to entrust with my eyelids. The surgery went great! He even called me the same night to check up on me. He operated from inside the eyelid without any incisions or scars on the outside. After the swelling came down, my eyelids were lifted and my eyes looked more open. And now I no longer look tired! I cannot be happier with the results. Thank you, Dr. Abboud!

Best way I have invested in myself because of Dr. Abboud and his team's ability to provide outcomes beyond my expectations. Dr. Abboud has performed an eyelid crease and removed the bags under my eyes. My results are amazing. It has been 3 months since my surgery. My crease makes me look more engaged rather than angry. I also appear less tired without the bags. The scars are so expertly placed by Dr. Abboud that they appear to be natural wrinkles. After the first week, people could not tell that I have had my eyes modified. They commented on me being more youthful and "bright eyed." If you are like me and want your face to reflect your enthusiasm and vibrance that you have in your life, then go to Dr. Abboud instead of getting a sports car.
